1. I can’t seem to login. How do I reset my password?

2. I can’t find my classes after payment.
Your enrolment is manually activated by our administrator . Please allow up to 48 working hours to activate it. You may contact our admin via Facebook chat.

3. Where can I get teacher’s provided materials?
It will either allocated at each class of each semester or at the current day of the class. Some teachers will WhatsApp in the group.

4. I want to change subject. How shall I proceed?
For exchange of classes, an administration fee of RM30.00 shall be imposed for every change in subject.

5. I can’t access the free items for Package D.
Please login and contact our admin via Facebook chat.
Your access will be allocated at Free exam papers and seminar videos.

6. I can’t attend the class. Can I get a refund/exchange class?
Our live classes are recorded and can be reviewed within your semester. 
For refunds and class cancellations, an administration fee of RM 50.00 shall be imposed.
For exchange of classes, an administration fee of RM30.00 shall be imposed for every change in subject.
