PDPA Consent Clause
By agreeing the form submission, you hereby agree that Live Tuition Sdn. Bhd.may collect, obtain, store and process your personal data that you provide to “Live Tuition Sdn Bhd” platform.

You hereby give your consent to Live Tuition Sdn Bhd to:-

Store and process your Personal Data;
Disclose your Personal Data to the relevant governmental authorities or third parties where required by law or for legal purposes.
In addition, your personal data may be transferred to any company related to and/or associated with Live Tuition Sdn Bhd which may involve sending your data to a location outside Malaysia. For the purpose of updating or correcting such data, you may at any time apply to the Live Tuition Sdn Bhd to have access to your personal data which are stored by Live Tuition Sdn Bhd.

For the avoidance of doubt, Personal Data includes all data defined within the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 including all data you had disclosed to Live Tuition Sdn Bhd in this Form.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010, we are required to obtain your explicit consent when we collect and process your sensitive personal data. We collect your sensitive personal data in order to assess your application for financing through Live Tuition Sdn Bhd and to administer the products and services that you have signed up for and to respond to your enquiries and complaints, and to resolve disputes, and to update your loan applications status via Live Tuition Sdn Bhd.

Declaration
I am declaring that I have read, understood and agreed to terms of the Live Tuition Sdn Bhd Privacy Policy and I am expressly consenting to and authorising Live Tuition Sdn Bhd to collect, hold, use, delete, disclose, transfer, administer, store and process in any other way, all my personal data (including sensitive personal data and personal data of other party provided by me) (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) given now or that is subsequently obtained from time to time, which may include but not limited to:-

Name;
National registration identity card number / Passport Number;
Gender;
Postal address;
Telephone number;
Email address;
Preferred service provider/personnel;
Required estimated loan; and
Contact preference
for the purposes below. I understand that if I do not provide the Personal Data requested, Live Tuition Sdn Bhd will not be able to carry out the purposes below:-

To process and/or forward my application for loan / financing and all other necessary transaction which are required in relation to any products and services offered by Live Tuition Sdn Bhd.
To efficiently link you up with a credit service provider and keep me updated on the latest status of my loan / financing applications
To send important notices, emails, letters or sms, like communicating your loan applications and changes to Live Tuition Sdn Bhd’s terms, conditions, and policies.
To use my Personal Data for purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve Live Tuition Sdn Bhd’s products, services and customer communications.
To share my Personal Data with third party providers that provide services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to me, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing my interest in Live Tuition Sdn Bhd’s products and services and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys.
To respond to my enquiries and complaints and to resolve disputes.
For any purpose required by law or regulations.
I further confirm that all personal data (including sensitive personal data) that I have provided are all true, up-to-date and accurate. Should there be any changes to any of my personal data, I shall notify Live Tuition Sdn Bhd immediately.

I understand that in order for Live Tuition Sdn Bhd to provide me updates on the status of my loan / financing application, the relevant Credit Service Providers must provide information on the progress of my loan / financing application to Live Tuition Sdn Bhd. I hereby expressly authorise any Credit Service Provider to whom I have made a loan / financing application through Live Tuition Sdn Bhd to provide the information required by Live Tuition Sdn Bhd so as to enable them to update me on the status of the loan / financing application.

I have the right to access and correct my personal data if it is inaccurate or to delete the data if Live Tuition Sdn Bhd is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. I understand that depending on the information requested, Live Tuition Sdn Bhd may have the right to charge a small fee for the processing of any data requested. Live Tuition Sdn Bhd may also take steps to verify my identity before fulfilling my request for access to my personal data.

Live Tuition Sdn Bhd may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort; jeopardize the privacy of others, extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.

I understand that Live Tuition Sdn Bhd will take the necessary precautions, both administrative and technical to safeguard my Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, alternation or destruction but Live Tuition Sdn Bhd cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat the security measures implemented.

Live Tuition Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update and amend this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on our website with the updated Privacy Policy.
